In my opinion, there are several misleading/incorrect statements made here. Firstly, there is not one signer remaining. The multisig remains a 2/8, having been decreased from 5/8. No signers have been removed. It has not been updated other than the threshold changing to 2.

One of the weirdest/funny exploits I've seen goes to $NONE / @nonethio . Seems like it was initially a social engineering attack, but then generalised MEV bots came in to salvage the exploiters mistake

First, the $NONE deployer approves the malicious contract for spending. I assume they were psyops'd into thinking this was like BulkSend / Disperse, where first you approve() then disperse()

They then call Benice2me (aka 0x3bf12c7c) with ETH too. Again, they probably were told this was required to distribute the funds. Instead, this equally distributes 41.52 ETH in the transaction to a bunch of predetermined addresses (??)
