@RiotPhlox You nerfed Shieldbow and made on-hit Varus, Ashe, Kog'Maw A LOT worse than previously and they weren't even that strong. I feel like Vayne was the only ADC abusing that shit and you coulda simply nerfed her directly rather than doing this. ??? Buff Yone & Yasuo tho. :)
