K9 Leo had a good day thanks to K9s of Valor. It’s a non-profit organization that equips K9s all over the US with trauma kits, medical supplies, care packages and urgent medical expenses. They sent K9 Leo a gel cooling mat to help save him from the heat along with other goodies.

Your CPD was made aware of a post on Snapchat of a Conway Jr. High student threatening to carry a shotgun to school to shoot Mexicans. Officers tracked down the 15 year old student. He has been arrested. Detectives do not believe any further threat remains at this time.

Adrien is a special needs student who rides his bike to the high school every day. His bike was stolen and the school resource officer team heard about it. They partnered with Walmart to get him a new one. Adrien told the officers this will be his fastest bike ever.
