Bohdan Syvak and his family fled Ukraine in March 2022 after Russia's invasion. They spent six weeks in Germany before they moved to Porthcawl, South Wales.

Meet Evie She is the rock of her family. Her brother Brody is 6 years old, is non-verbal & was diagnosed with autism at age 3. Evie has spent hours with Brody, teaching him different ways to communicate. She has had a huge impact on his development.

The Tŷ Enfys team and pupils have been working hard to revive our school garden. We have been potting, collecting fruit, learning about trees and how to care for a garden. We have created a fantastic 'Bug Hotel' where guests have already moved in, including Harold the hedgehog!

Year 11 results looking really good so far. Currently we are looking at 84% A*-C in English and 74.1% in maths/numeracy. All that hard work is paying off Year 11. This can only improve further in the summer. Keep at it!
