Oda added this for a reason in the end of the flashback because the superhuman ears is the sole reason that Kuma is now gonna come to Egghead because he overheard the conversation Dragon and VP had with eachother and now he is going to save Vegapunk.

Then now in chapter 1102 when Kuma is ready to get his memories deleted and turned to a robot, he tells Vegapunk that he is happy to know how Vegapunk feels about him. Vegapunk is confused by why he said it and then realizes Kuma overheard the call with his superhuman hearing.

@Sarkeiy @twdanielcamargo Kamabukka (Revolutionary island) is in paradise and then the red line in the middle and then there is the new world. Kuma hit the redline and had to climb over it to get away. Thats why he teleported again towards eggh and didnt keep fighting in mary geoise till he was finished.

Why was Aokiji even interested in warning the marines about Doflamingo? Maybe because Dragon also wanted his downfall to happen because of his corruption of Dressrosa. Aokiji might have passed on that message for Dragon to Smoker because he is the only one able to?
