I was so inspired when I visited a centre run by ONG Le Monde Des Enfants Heureux, and met parents and teachers providing learning for autistic young children and adults. I am also the proud parent of an autistic adult, Jade. There was so much love and respect. Wonderful.

Adieu 3: My first time wearing a boubou. I was attending the 2021 Ancient Cites event in Ouadane. It was not easy for me at first but I had many men show me how to wear it properly. These photos went viral, to my surprise.

18 September was #InternationalCoastalCleanupDay 2021. I absolutely adore Mauritania's beaches. But they are home to a lot of waste, especially plastics. Let cut back on plastics, take home a bag of waste from the beach, and recycle. @UKinMauritania @COP26
