Many people do not understand the difference between market swap and swapping #LUNC /USTC in #TerraStation via terraswap or astroport. The contract swap via those two is not affected by the proposal! Only market swap. Was disabled for $LUNC all the time since May.

It seems that 1.2% fee on delegations is not due to the changes #TerraRebels did. @edk208 gave me a hint (🙏) and I checked the code for Terra Station. From how it seems to me, even creating a governance proposal would have 1.2% fee. So chain should be fine. Station needs fix.

After validator discussions and feedback, the current #LUNC proposal was changed to an upgrade proposal and postponed until December 8th. Upgrade proposals allow an easier upgrade process. The proposal is up for vote now.
