If you can’t lead with love and compassion you can’t lead. If you can’t coach without screaming at/degrading your athletes, you can’t coach.If you don’t believe mental health affects your athletes you’re apart of the problem. Get out and make room for a new generation of coaches.

On the treadmill today, a girl was running a few down from me. We started at the same time so obviously I couldn’t finish before she did. She tapped out and in my head I said “HA beat you”. That competitive blood truly runs deep 😂.All in good spirit though, she ran a good race!
