I’ve had a lot of time to reflect 9 hrs into this 10 hr drive home. Crazy to think that a year ago I quit my job with no real plan and little did I know how great of a decision that would be. Lucky to be around such an awesome group.

The 2021 OVC Coach of the Year is Mark Redburn. Redburn earned the honor for the second-straight season. He led SEMO to its second consecutive OVC title and a program record 23 conference wins. The Redhawks outscored their opponents, 165-65, in OVC play this year.

Dad was putting activities into his “Lose It” app and didn’t believe that water skiing was only 7 calories per minute. He then says “I wonder what it is for slalom skiing?” Whatever the case, props to pops for still tearing it up on the lake in his 60s.

As a Mizzou grad yes I am biased. But yes NCAA Officials would miss the punch that was thrown by the Ohio State kid and call the unsportsmanlike conduct on the Mizzou player and cost Mizzou’s defense a fourth down from the half yard line.

When I was 15 I could go on a 30 minute run like it was nothing. Now that I’m 30 I can barely run for 15 minutes. I don’t like this 30 thing one bit.

So I’ve been timing myself to work and there are 2 stoplights between where I live and where I work. If I hit them while they’re red lights my commute time to work triples........from 2 minutes to 6. Not bad at all.
