Yesterday my 10s suffered their first championship loss in their first championship appearance. Lots of the boys took it to heart, tears were shed but boy oh boy what a group and what a weekend. To see a team play as a team, fight for eachother that’s why I do what I do. Proud!!

1st team practice today for @USAPrimeMI17u and boy do we have some boys ready to work! Gonna be an exciting offseason with this group pushing eachother to be better everyday. January 13th first tourney #PrimeOnTop

The percentage of high school baseball players going on to play at the collegiate level are <6%. If your dream is to play at the collegiate level be coachable, outwork the kid next to you, dedicate yourself, trust yourself and realize if you aren’t working hard someone else is.

Summer coaches their is a reason you take a larger roster on higher competitive teams….with that being said if you carry a low amount of players and one gets hurt DO NOT cry and begin to poach other players from other teams/orgs when season starts 1 week That’s a you problem 🤪

Couldn’t have asked for a better group of kids to coach this summer! All have bright futures ahead in baseball and careers. Finished 25-12-1 (24-6 vs 14u) including 2 championships and a runner-up ‼️ Excited for where this team and org is headed in the nearfuture @14uCConnect
