Steve Nash worked on his ball handling 15 minutes a day, which is not a huge time commitment (for those who say they don’t have time). 15 minutes/day = 105 minutes/week = 420 minutes/month. That’s 7 hours/month of just dribbling!

I’ve found that there are a lot of kids that are in love with the idea of playing ball in college, and not really the reality of it. Fact of the matter is this, regardless of the level IT’S HARD.

Roughly 7% of kids will play in college, which means 93% will not. This also means 93% of those playing club ball are doing so to improve for HS. Yet it’s always the 93% that miss their HS stuff in the spring/summer to play club. 🤔

Picked up a hard fought win over Farmington, 63-60. We advance to the state quarterfinals next week. Four players hit double figures- @KadenEricksen 22, @Brevin_Hamblin 14 @CarterSemrow 13, and @daxbrady_3 10. We also picked up our 15th win…the most ever in program history! #MDB

Today I spoke with a childhood friend who’s fighting the hardest battle he’ll ever face, one which will ultimately end up taking his life. He’s only 37 yrs old and has ALS. I’m so thankful for my faith, my family & my friends. All built upon relationships. #God #family #friends
