It takes 18 minutes a day (100 hours) a year to elevate yourself above 95% of your craft. 40 minutes a day puts you above 98% of your craft. 90 minutes a day of dedicated effort to your craft puts you in the top 1%. That’s 540 hours a year. THERE IS NO OFF-SEASON FOR THE BEST!

I had a discussion with another coach today about the mental state of today’s young athletes. It’s very important to make sure these kids are healthy mentally and emotionally, even more so than the physical. Tap into these student-athletes as people first.
