Freestyle rule changes that I think would have a huge benefit on the sport. 1) after scoring a takedown a wrestler can immediately bring the action back to the feet (Stevenson rule) 2) no multiple turns with one lock-similar to folkstyle- hate seeing matches end with one lace

The most underestimated technique on bottom is a sit out IMO. But also a technique you have to be very confident in or you can get put directly to your back. Controlling the hands is the key to preventing tops attacks. Lose track of the hands and you can be in danger.

Proud moment- at the end @Princeton @tigerwrestling open the team, coaching staff, significant others of the coaching staff, and parents cleaned the gym even though there were people paid to do that job. We made the mess and we cleaned it up.

A fairly simple solution if someone attacks your wrist. BTW I feel armdrags are completely under utilized as a way to attack someone who grabs your wrist. Literally 0 risk and worst case is you get the guy off your wrist.

Stand up is Great! But it's best to be prepared if you dont get all the way to your feet. Here is a basic, knee slide to deal with counter. Positioning is key. Trap waist hand with elbow and attack top hand (wasnt sure I wanted to give that one away).
