When taking an OC job you MUST make sure you’re on same page with the HC as to what success looks like I remember my unit scored 8 TDs once & being told that we struggled offensively. Remember success looks different to everyone. Make sure the HC & you see that part together!

A couple for drills from yesterday’s practice. Working on getting in and out of breaks also incorporating speed cuts. The other is teaching them to stick and come back down the stem. The cone is to help them sink and stay low keeping their shoulders over their toes.
