@AlexJKirby A while back I read a study that showed if a particular play is not called at least 3.47 times a game, it was not worth installing or practicing it. There is an average of 60 offensive plays in a high school football game. So, we have approximately 17.29 plays to work with.

Sausage Update: no casings, no problem! Wrapped the meat mixture in plastic wrap to form sausages, simmered them in water for 10 mins to firm up, then smoked with pecan until they hit 165 degrees...nothing like doing it yourself!
