On Dec 26th I started running. First day I ran one mile in 8:47 and had to walk the rest of the time. Could barely move the next 3 days. Still made myself get up everyday and walk/run. 30 days later I just ran 4 miles at a 8:05 pace!

One thing that has always rubbed me the wrong way is when coaches only post wins and not their losses. If you’re going to promote your program, don’t only promote the positives! 99% of basketball programs are going to lose a game this season. No coach or team is immune to losing!
