SE men’s Basketball program broke barriers this year. Started 1-6 ending 2nd in the conference. Lost to some of the top teams in the area and competed against a strong national team. Thank you to the 6 seniors for leading this group and ushering in a new era of respect for us.

A fun fact. The B team at Groad is a narrative created from outsiders. There’s an adidas team and a showcase team. The goal is the same developing men while putting players in school. Garner Road “B” Teams put 4-6 kids in school a year. more than what most teams can say. 🤯

This Grassroots scene is true to the kids that are committed to the process. Players can pop on the scene in a summer and they can fizzle out in the same time frame. It's all about how committed they are to their work and if they are willing to become uncomfortable.
