11 years ago she drove to Buffalo, sat in the rain to watch me coach, & we took our 1st picture together This weekend we drove to Buffalo together to celebrate a player’s wedding. Grateful the Lord has blessed me with 11 years of coaching & a great wife to enjoy it with!

2017: Two years ago a loss in Cleveland marked the final loss in a long losing streak. 2019: A loss in Cleveland snapped a 9 game winning streak. A lot of bricks have been laid. A lot more work to be done. Just keep building. #BrickByBrickGCC

Cameron Drake has set a daily example of how to practice/play his position, is about to complete an Engineering degree, and that smile on his face & thumbs up is another example of how he’s responded positively to so many things over 4 years. Examples like Cam are amazing.

It’s been a crazy October. Two games that came down to the final play. What we continue to learn is no matter the circumstance to “focus on your vision”. This lesson, more importantly, needs to be applied daily to our walk with the Lord (1 Sam 17:37, Dan 6:16) #BrickByBrickGCC

Loved reliving the “Defensive Top Plays”. What may go unnoticed is how many young guys who’ve stepped up. Each of the last 2 years included Freshman LBs starting and anchoring the middle. Back-to-Back Bowl Championships don’t happen without guys who’ve come in ready to play!
