My 2 cents on Tournaments- Directors-first make sure field is in good condition-2. If you are going to charge 30$ for parents to get in make sure the bathrooms work/ have soap/ paper towels. Concessions are a + and if field has a scoreboard pay a kid to work it.

Loyalty is a two way street. If Org’s want kids to stay and play for them- they have to want to develop them as well. If kids learn this valuable skill- it (Loyalty)will be very beneficial in their careers in and outside of baseball
