A couple of scenes from Masaan, where @RichaChadha ate a bit of kheer from Pankaj Tripathi’s tiffin and prepared some for her dad, played by Sanjay Mishra, inspired me to make kheer for the first time. Quite simple to prepare. 8 out of 10 for the debutant!

No Indian team has won a Test in Wellington except the 1967-68 one led by MAK Pataudi. That contributed to India’s first overseas series win. Yet, this team has not been honoured. The BCCI cannot say they were not informed about the 50th anniversary of this 3-1 triumph.

Did you know by CJM: 30 years and one day ago, @sardesairajdeep carried his bat through the innings for Jolly Cricketers, scoring 19 in his side’s total of 40 during a 1990 Kanga League ‘B’ division against New Hindu CC. His effort went in vain.
