I started eating clean and taking care of myself again a little over two months ago. I can proudly say I’m down 27lbs and counting. I feel so good and so focused. Being good to your body really does wonders 😊 we keep going

MPIRE Clapz Nade Montage: Too many of you don’t effectively cater your inventory space to carry utility items. Nades are extremely powerful when used correctly. Sky nades are pretty much unavoidable if thrown properly and practicing will help get entry dmg, knocks, or team wipes

Clip Dump: So many times I see people not use their knockdown shields to help their teammates. Even though I was knocked, I still helped by comming and protecting Beli to the best of my ability and she was able to clutch up. Knockdown shields are powerful when utilize correctly.
