Not sure people realize this but your Ultra doesn't just charge by itself. You have to get score to advance it similar to the Support streak in MW3. Right now you get some charge via dying but that is probably going away.

So in the studio we know grenade throwing feels wonky but we've gotten used to it but then I see people streaming and I remember just how bad they are. 🤣 We'll work on it!

Looks like "Hot Shot" is more than just Kill Confirmed! You become faster and deadlier the more tokens you collect but you also become a target for other players #xDefiant

Good question! Our newest game mode, "Hot Shot", has you collecting tokens from fallen opponents. Collect the most, and you become the "hot shot," making you faster and deadlier than ever. Be careful though, as you'll have a target on your back revealing you on the map. 🎯

@ACHES Bunny hopping is just a bit too much and exploitive. Otherwise I think its fine atm. I do however need more ways to gain ammo in modes like Domination/Occupy/HotShot. Some weapons arent really used by others...
