做了这么多年投资，我最大的感触是创始人往往拿着锤子，到处寻找钉子，这完全是不对的。尤其是 infra 项目，应该是场景定义产品，而不是产品塑造场景。有太多项目是产品在前，场景在后，做完之后发现没有PMF，都是在获得投资之后才开始匆忙寻找 user case。这大概是现在infra 投资人最大的烦恼吧。

Web3's got a lot of noise about 'no good products', but I beg to differ. Sure, there's a ton of 'not-quite-there' products, but that doesn't mean they're not great. They might be half-baked, but they've got that killer feature on the first day that's hard to ignore. Web3 users
