@peterrhague I am sorry, is this a sarcasm? A credible scientist can and should be able to speak to laypeople and share their expertise. If they can’t do it in 3 hours I find that incredibly alarming. A 5 minute segment that can be edited to lose context, sure.

The Biden-Harris Administration has tried twice to work this tax in legislation. This tax is designed to be punitive and will discourage innovation in High Performance computing as well as green energy. Innovation is built in to Bitcoin and industry is forced to deliver.
