Before you decide on a social media marketing budget, keep in mind that the MINIMUM average time spent per day on community management is ~30 min 30 min a week = 3.5 hrs a week = $175/week (at $50/hr avg rate, but expect higher) which is $700/month JUST for community mgmt

1 year ago, I woke up on my bday to cancelled contracts bc of COVID shutdowns. ~50% of my income gone. Spent 6mo busting my ass so clients could survive. It was exhausting & I was broke. 1yr later, I’m pulling 14hr days, declining gigs & repaying the SBA loan that kept me alive
