Happy wedding anniversary to my wife @sian_bevan . 13 today. Sian has recently finished a course of 20 Chemotherapy’s in a fight against breast cancer, a fight she won but that took everything to do it. She is an incredible person, the rock of our family and my hero. #Anniversary

Worrying maternity stats quietly released by @swanseabaynhs over Xmas. Breakdown of open incidents shows 245 incidents have no severity level attached to them. 39 are moderate or above with 9 catastrophic/death. 245 uncategorised highlights they have no clue safety/learning #nhs
