@SteveGuest
There's almost zero antisemitism on the left, quite a bit with libs.
Defending Palestine's cause, pointing out how many civilians genocidal IDF killed, quoting the settlement stats, talking about the fact of ethnic cleansing aren't antisemitism.
Solana down once a week.
Arbitrum down once a month & exiting takes a week.
Polygon reorgs every 3 days.
I haven't heard Ethereum, Avalanche or Luna being down for a really long time. Does anyone remember the last time either of them went down?
⛓️ On-Chain NFTs Timeline v1 ⛓️
A timeline for the nerds & boundary-pushers in the NFT space.
I had to filter out a lot of cool stuff due to limited space, but please comment if you think there’s sth significant left out that should be added in v2.
There is not a single ETH maxi that actively/publicly campaigned for PoW to be BANNED.
But there are dozens of public BTC maxi figures who requested US gov't to designate ETH as security.
This "plead w/ authority" boomerism makes maxis think everyone acts like themselves.
@lpmi
@ninaturner
@LPNH
You guys have completely lost it.
It was always clear that Libertarians with an audience mask their racism with an economic ideology that's both practically and theoritacally disproven, but thank you for showing your real face.
@StandWithUs
This is a lie.
According to the LA police, he attacked the protestors and fell backward, hitting his head on the ground.
Even in the video you yourself shared, you can see a pro-Palestinian protestor trying to check if he's fine.
Long story short:
- A fratboy/lawyer oversells his relationship with AvaLabs on video.
- ICP conspiracy news site with incel writing blows it up
- ETH maxis: "oOo tHiS iS sEriOuS"
Come on now.
CENTS by
@sovrnart
is a conceptual play on materiality and value.
I find this collection unique, I don't think something like this exists on ordinals.
Rather than cutting short, let me share the long text of my opinion here.
Alright, it's time to announce more details about Chaos Roads.
Supply: 400
Price: 0.03E
Time: Likely early May instead of the originally planned April
For the allowlist, please DM me.
More details below 👇
@OwenJones84
@JamesKroeger5
1. You may still be right, but...
2. Everything can be faked.
3. IDF has been the most unreliable org in the last 2 months, with dozens of debunked lies (they themselves deleted their claims).
4. Journalistic practice requires skepticism towards parties that consistently lie.
So
@dmitricherniak
first copies
@NickKuder
's "Rings" collection, calls it "Ringers", becomes popular because art-clueless influencers pump Ringers as an original & then pushes Nick out of a
@Sothebys
auction.
I always found Dmitri too arrogant for his talent, but this is too far
I learned late last night that another artist pressured
@Sothebys
to pull my piece from their Natively Digital auction.
Disappointment doesn't fully capture how I feel right now. I began Rings Genesis as a personal project and started sharing it on Instagram in February of 2019.
Introducing "Chaos Roads" (codename)
All things trend toward disorder.
- EVM-generated
- Fully on-chain. No dependencies
- Evolving
- Runtime effects
- Interactive
- Programmable/customizable
- and a secret sauce TBA
- More than all of this: Explores a concept
Coming in April
I had high hopes from zk rollups but isn't using your own token for gas is sort-of vampire attacking on your own ecosystem?
People attacked
@el33th4xor
for saying that L2s will eventually become parasitic; but he seems to be getting confirmed over and over.
StarkNet using its native token for gas instead of eth. Would be ironic if StarkNet eventually spins off to its own L1 eco when they realize they can raise a higher valuation that way. Unlikely, but never know with these incentives.
11 misconceptions about ordinals and inscriptions that people seem to be missing...
WARNING: This thread includes a lot of nuances, which may trigger narrow-minded maximalists on either side!
👇
Codename: Blood Journey
Idea/concept: Surprise (I think it’s unique but let’s see)
Supply: TBA, but thinking 300... maybe more.
Price: FREE (strict allowlist)
Status: Not finished yet
Date: TBA, maybe December
Two ways to get it. Either:
Hints on free mint at the end of the thread:
I love art. If you know me, you know my interest is the new art concepts that get revealed with blockchain.
But in the last 20 days, I barely progressed the two projects I've worked on for 5 months (see example). I barely slept.

It's literally not the biggest on twitter, let alone on the internet. If you think these numbers are anything significant, welcome to the internet.
Everyone's doing a thread on the ordinals, so I guess the person who's been talking about it 𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐉𝐮𝐥𝐲 '𝟐𝟐 should also do one.
There are a lot of misunderstandings, so I'll try to correct them and list all pros & cons of what you've been hearing.

People are discovering Terraforms. Let me summarize.
Terraforms is a 10k pfp collection with a roadmap to deliver a metaverse experience in its MMORPG game called Hypercastles.
@LifeSeenInHD
@ClareMalone
The difference is H. Minhaj's exaggeration does not affect the core point of racism, but New Yorker's removal of key conversations does affect the core point of "making up stories".
@SlumRNA_Dog
My dude didn't get the movie, found out about what the director said after tweeting, and now is coping about its message on 10 tweet thread.
Its OK bro, there a lot of movies that you can comprehend. Here are some suggestions: Transformers, Fast & Furious, Cocomelon..
For ~1 month, I've been researching and writing an article that explores the term "NFT" & its spirit. The article became much bigger than I originally imagined as I had feedbacks and contributions from the devs, the artists & the collectors I respected.
Today, one of the most innovative drops of this year (IMHO) is minting.
"the metro" by
@intartnft
is a fully on-chain, EVM-generated, evolving, and programmable crypto-art collection. Their design is inspired by gradually growing metro maps around the world.
2023 had amazing art collections. Here's the one I like the most (because I did it): Chaos Roads.
Fully onchain, EVM-generated, interoperable, evolving, ever-changing, programmable, interactive, visual, melodic, poetic...
Two answers to this question.
1/1: An early XCOPY. Not sure which one(s).
Overall: Shockingly, the RAREPEPE token, the first Rare Pepe, the Nakamoto Card doesn't have an image anymore. Hosting expired, the URL link is dead.
Owners don't own the card, they own an empty token.
What is the highest valued token that lost its image?
A token that once had an image but doesn't anymore. Forget onchain art, this token doesn't even have a URL with an image. A blank, empty, expensive token.
Which token is it?
🤫 if you're on the purple app or on Pushers
Something extremely cool quietly happened in the NFT space a few days ago.
@0xthedude
(from
@intartNFT
) and
@xtremetom
(from
@coolcats
) deployed “scripty.sol”
This thing is a game-changer. A new standard for on-chain composable experiences and interoperability.
🧵
Banksy's latest installation. Authenticity was confirmed yesterday.
Any NFT artfluencers posting about the latest work of one of the most influential artists of the 21st century?
I saw this DM today.
Pls don’t buy AVAX because of my tweets. I own very little.
The reason I defend Avalanche is:
a) As a tech maxi, I think it has novel tech. "Copy-paste" comments are unfair.
b) Angering maxis is just too entertaining, even when my bagz are 90% in ETH.
@RyanSAdams
Two big minuses IMHO:
1. 256gb RAM & 1gbps internet connection minimum requirement to run a Solana node. And gets worse as the ecosystem grows.
2. They're the only network quoting internal messages as "transactions" to inflate the numbers for marketing. A bit cheeky IMHO.
A few ground rules:
- Btc IS wasteful 👎 But there are green crypto alternatives👍
- Dethroning USD as world currency weakens American imperialism👍
- Limited supply discourages consumerism 👍
- Government is a social contract among people. A SMART contract can kill corruption 👍
Onchain Dynamic Art Timeline.
I had to exclude many due to lack of space (def not due to conceptual depth), mainly art that:
- is not stored in the state
- dynamism is off-chain
- dynamism affects the collection but not individual piece
- outside of Ethereum
- after 2023
@erichhartmann
Literally zero percent of the leftists would regard these men with disgust. ZERO. No exceptions.
The difference is leftists respect all kinds of workers. You guys respect billionaires more.
Congrats
@sovrnart
for the successful launch of CENTS. It seems like even ordinal skeptics saw that CENTS managed to tap into ordinal-specific concepts.
Also shoutout to
@shibboleth88
for giving 50 spots to Chaos Roads holders 🧡
Here are my notes from a week ago & my Cents.
There’s a genuine collector type that is scaled with NFTs:
Those who have some money but aren't rich, enjoy collecting art but are more mindful when minting & buying.
They aren't flippers but they want to ensure they can cash out if urgently needed.
CHAOS ROADS public sale is SOLD OUT in 7 minutes.
NFT volume is the lowest in the last 24 months.
Gas is the highest in the last 12 months.
People showed up & appreciated conceptual blockchain art innovation.
Thank you, everyone, for your support. And expect more surprises :)
- My first creation on Bitcoin
- Also my first 100% on-chain stored NFT on Bitcoin
- Also. Was Pepe ever stored on Bitcoin before 2022-11-23? Don't tell me this is the first 100% on-chain Pepe on Bitcoin... It surely isn't?

CHAOS ROADS MINTSITE is live, and here's surprise
#1
:
Probably a first: The mintsite is fully onchain.
You can use web3:// link (see next tweet) or use this link:
No rush, you have 15 hours and it's under-allocated, so read below 👇

In seconds:
Avalanche: 0.8
Fantom: 2
Algorand: 4.3
Solana: 12.5
Polkadot: 60
Cardano: 300
Ethereum: ~450
Bitcoin: ~1800
(based on June '21 data)
(missing some important ones, but I don't know them)
Welcome to Chaos Roads
@punk6529
. Honored to have you as a collector.
Your overflow Isfahan tone has gone through remarkable evolution; both visually, musically, and poetically. This all happened within Ethereum's always-on computer.
But it can be moved back in entropy
👇
Likely:
1. AvaLabs hired the fratboy-lawyer early on for other stuff and was paid in coins.
2. Fratboy sued Avax competitors because he has AVAX coins.
3. Fratboy's actions actually hurt $AVAX too
4. AvaLabs' actual legal team put out statements condemning litigations
@The_Acumen
There are some fundamental differences between millenials and genX+, mainly gaining social consciousness much earlier on thanks to internet.
This will happen, but much less than other generations. I predict <60%
I want to write a little bit about why we've made the mint site for Chaos Roads fully on-chain.
This week some communities had some misunderstandings about this innovation so I thought it's worth clarifying.
@ryangrim
The entire western freedom, democracy, justice, fairness values I aspired to when growing up turned out to be big fat lies.
Maybe I've been naive but this month has been very eye-opening.
Polygon has the cringest marketing in this space.
🤦🏾♂️ Promoted its PoS as ETH L2 for months despite being an L1
🤦🏾♂️ Tried to copy subnets by launching "supernets"
🤦🏾♂️ Launched "fully functional" zkEVM that is NOT EVM compatible
I'll just tweet this again because it's great for the onchain art movement.
@0xDecaArt
now supports fully onchain art rendering directly from the chain, meaning that dynamic changes on both the fully onchain painting+music+poem get reflected from the chain.

Welcome MoonCat

I never understood the community's decision to hide accessories by default.
AFAIK,
@mooncatrescue
was either the first or one of the first to deploy NFT extensions within the chain metadata. It's a beautiful innovation & should be proudly displayed.

@ChainLeftist
is an artist dedicated to creating, collecting, and writing about art that's only possible with blockchains. With a data science background, his works leverage blockchain while exploring optimization, permanence, programmability, social dynamics, and dynamism.
It's very simple.
a) I care about art
b) I care about blockchains
ergo
c) I care about blockchain-native art*
*: art that's only possible with blockchains
I asked around quite a bit, and it looks like I may have done the first audiovisual inscriptions collection (sub-60k).
This means this collection is (so far) probably the most permanent audiovisual art in the history of humankind.

Boundary pusher: ✅
"All Time High" tone has just sold at an all-time-high price for Chaos Roads.
Congrats
@punk3606
, this overflow is one of my favorite pieces in the entire collection!
Here's a simulation comparing the "centralizing" effects of PoW vs PoS.
Due to the effects of "economies of scale", PoW wealthy can increase their wealth gap much more than PoS wealthy.
I may do a g1v3awa¥ (thank the bots for this spelling) for the engaged users of Farcaster /onchainart channel.
Maybe a spot for Blood Journey.
Maybe requires RTing this post.
Maybe.
People who feel disassociated from their surroundings are advised to turn off external inputs, and instead try to be productive.
So in those sleepless nights, I worked on something that I think is interesting.
FREE, but ONLY to those who speak up.
Stay tuned.

You know how I write posts about art experiments that push the boundaries of how blockchain is used?
It's very hard to talk about them while not talking about your own experiment that you've been stealth-building for the past 4 months.
So... That silence ends tomorrow.
Ethscriptions:
I'm happy people are learning about txn calldata & I encourage playing with it, but I probably won't create art there, because:
1) This is not new, marketing it as "new" is a bit odd
2) It's functionally worse than state data
3) It's probably not immutable

Are

art?
Written on&off for ~4 months, this article includes all views but is subjective (much like art itself).
Let's explore the art definition, AI art debate, technical creativity debate; and talk about a music NFT *from 2014*.
🧵
I mentioned
@Punycodes2011
briefly before but haven’t written a proper thread explaining it, because I feel shy about shilling sth I own.
But also, I explicitly talk about “pushing boundaries in NFT space”. So ignoring this is becoming a bit ridiculous now.
So here’s a 🧵
