Another difference they have is in their dreams. Zoro's dream is related to power, wanting to become the strongest swordsman in the world & keep his promise to Kuina. Sanji's is about adventure, wanting to find the mythical All Blue, thought to not even exist.

Zoro & Sanji's dreams can also be seen as relating to two halves of Luffy's goal. In order to be King of the Pirates, Luffy has to be the strongest (similar to Zoro) and has to search the seas for a mythical treasure thought to not even exist (similar to Sanji)

Both Zoro & Sanji have a particular crew member that they've served as an inspiration or guide for. For Zoro, Chopper & for Sanji, Usopp. Zoro teaches Chopper early on about what it means to be a pirate & Sanji helps Usopp realize that he has a real role to play on the crew
