Let me be very clear, I do not condone rape and I wish there were stricter punishments for these incidents everywhere. In a country where upwards of 30K cases get reported each year, and a conviction rate of around mere 20%, it is obvious that these incidents will continue. ++

Do not forget that occupation of state institutes (SKIMS, JVC, etc) by outsiders started way before 19. It was started by none other than PDP. Today it is so rampant, that in a matter of just 2-3 years you’ll hardly find any local in any of these institutions.
