Alcaraz is the easier final for Djokovic than Medvedev. Medvedev regardless of his history on grass, is the only guy in the draw who can match Djokovic off the ground and keep him at bay with the serve if he serves well. Alcaraz at least doesn’t have a great serve yet.

Since Novak Djokovic broke into the world’s top 10 in March 2007, there were 32 other players who were also in the top 10 in-between then & July 2014. 26 of these men have retired, the others are ranked 34, 147, 159, 180, 576 & 1092. The longevity of this man is unbelievable.

Federer is 38. Djokovic is 32. Thiem is 26. When Djokovic beats Federer, people use the age excuse claiming it's because Federer is six years older. When Djokovic loses to Thiem, no one uses the age excuse even though the age difference is exactly the same. Double standards.
