Hi, you could have subscriptions on your account depleting your airtime. Dial *133*1# to deactivate and block subscriptions from depleting your airtime. ^PN

Select Wireless & Networks > Mobile Networks > Access Point Names.
Click the Menu button.
Select New APN.

Have you tried roaming on Vodacom? Where Cell C does not have adequate coverage, we have a national roaming agreement with Vodacom to provide service to customers in those areas at no extra cost. ^NZ

Hi, referring to the subscriber agreement terms and conditions you are required to provide a 30 days cancellation notice to have your contract cancelled. Should you not do so your contract continues on a month to months basis. ^NT
