This is typical post BASILICA. The final angio with the worrying radiolucent line shows that BASILICA was necessary. The brisk flow shows that BASILICA worked. If you’re worried, IVUS. Snorkel stenting is not benign so only stent if the IVUS shows leaflet against the guidewire.

managed a good left leaflet basilica in a 19mm mitroflow with vSTJ and vC both <2mm, then deployed 23 Ev #tavi #tavr and get to here… displaced leaflet clearly now on the STJ. Will you chimney anyway/ trust the basilica and finish or do something else ?? Tough call
