My 17 yr old son has been looking for a job since before he got his holidays from school. He has walked the town twice in as many weeks handing out cvs, talking to people and applying for jobs online. He’s a good lad but it’s very disheartening when people never even reply 😔

I’m back from the mater hospital. I had an appointment for 2.45 which was rearranged already. I left home just after 12, drove from Wexford to Dublin. Clinic cancelled, the letter must have got lost in post. It’ll take at least 3 days to get over today and all for nothing

Got brought off flight after two hours on plane because of fire at Luton Airport, emergency services working hard. Got last three rooms in Ibis hotel, we were lucky, there are so many can’t get into any hotels. Staff at Luton very helpful

My son is in Paris on a school trip, they went to Eurodisney today and he met his darts hero Michael Van Gerwen, he said he was such a lovely man, chatted to him about darts and got a photo with him. It had made his whole trip!!!

@CathrynLittle @MrsRBaker That’s horrible! My Nanny knit cardigans for me when I was pregnant on my first and she passed away three weeks after he was born, they are the most treasured items I own, they are gorgeous and I never had the heart to pass them onto anyone else
