My granddaughter, Halia Argila-Delatorre died on 2/11/2023 at the age of 22; she succumbed to cancer. The daughter of Deaf parents, Halia embodied the CODA spirit. Halia was a student at California State University Northridge majoring in Deaf Studies. @CSUNorthridge @NAD1880
