Matty Godden leaving makes me sad. When I was at my lowest mentally, Matty Godden reached out to check if I was okay, and he spoke to me. It was kind! Godden's goals got us back in the Championship. Godden had a great stint at Coventry, but he's an even better person. #PUSB 🌻🐘

@TacticalMustafa 07/08 Leicester had just been relegated to League One narrowly missing out on survival to Coventry. They bounced back to win L1 in 08/09... 13/14 they win the Championship. 14/15 they have a great escape. Then 15/16 they win the Premier League. Best underdog PL title win.

These two! So far they have 44, yes FOURTY-FOUR goal contributions between them both in all competitions this season. Ellis Simms has 18 goals, 3 assists. Haji Wright has 17 goals, 6 assists. They started slow but their speed right now is SUPERSONIC! Don't slow down chaps. #PUSB

It's scary to think how far Bobby Thomas can go in his career. This lad's ceiling is so high and he's still really young. £2m I think he cost and it's a steal. There's still plenty of room for growth and he's already this good. He's going to the top, hopefully with us. #PUSB

If Bournemouth go down it takes nothing away from Eddie Howe with what he's achieved with that club. He's worked miracles there. He got them to the top flight and has kept them there for 5 seasons currently. 2 stints and 3 promotions. The great job he's done for them is insane.

Just a reminder that Fankaty Dabo cost Coventry City a grand total of £0. Nil, nothing. He was free. What a season he had, Dabo was the best Right Back in League One comfortably and I'm being impartial with that statement. I hope we can keep him even if he's in big demand. #PUSB

Ben Wilson is quite the unlikely success story outside the PL. In 2018 Wilson was loaned out to AFC Telford in the National League North. In 2023 he's in contention to win the Championship's Golden Glove award. Last season, he was Coventry's second choice goalkeeper. #PUSB

Within 6 years, my club went from becoming a talking point for the wrong reasons after a disgruntled fan entered the pitch to scold the players during a defeat to Forest Green, to being a penalty shootout away from Premier League football, and breaking our club record fee. #PUSB

Best Full Back in League One, signed on a free from Chelsea after two successful loan spells in Holland which yielded Europa League football experience and a promotion. I think he'd do great in the Championship, hopefully with us. Dabo is arguably THE signing since Robins' return

It took Brentford 7 years to get the Premier League. Their model has alot of similarities to ours. Especially in regards to picking up gems in several markets, selling for big profits. They let the process grow organically. Let Coventry do the same, Cov fans. It's working. #PUSB

Martyn Waghorn deserves his own plaudits. Gyokeres is rightfully the number one. But Waggy is 100% the right partner for him at the moment. The shift he put in was amazing, dropping back, drawing fouls you name it. Waggy is nicely settling in and is rightfully starting.

A year ago, Viktor Gyökeres was struggling to make an impact on loan at Swansea City, and was massively ridiculed by their as a result of this. Today, Gyökeres is on fire for Coventry City and is returning to the Sweden national team! Proud of him, I really am!

It still hasn't sunk in yet. It's going to take ages. But we deserve it. All the adversity, all the struggles in the last 8 years. 8 years later, we are back in the Championship. The players, the fans, the gaffer and most importantly the whole club deserve this!!! #PUSB

When I see hate thrown at Jordan Willis, it baffles me alot. He made his bank account richer going to Sunderland but before then he stayed here longer than he could've. He could left years before but didn't, even in League Two he stayed. A very loyal servant for us. #PUSB

Coventry fans, the lowest we can finish after the final day is 19th. The highest we can finish is 15th. No matter what happens on the final day, this season has been a fantastic achievement for us. I'm so proud of our boys! Millwall to finish the season, lets enjoy it! #PUSB

Haven't had a thing to stress about all day since I got home. I'm relaxed and happy. Matty Godden, Amadou Bakayoko, Jodi Jones and Kevin Ellison are all massive heroes for what they all did today. It was totally unexpected but it made a massive difference. So thankful.

This guy, he's had to endure alot of stick this season, unfortunately. He may not have scored as many as we'd wamt him to, but some of his contributions have won us some points this season! A very talented footballer. More is yet to come from Chaplin! Sky's the limit, son! #PUSB

Dominic Hyam - signed for the U23s as Coventry entered into League Two, only playing sporadically. Today he captains the Sky Blues in the Championship. If that's not a big success story I don't know what is. Enjoy this one Dom! #PUSB

I'm convinced the signings of Haji Wright and Ellis Simms were the best thing to happen to Godden. It's lit a fire under him, add in a new contract until 2025, he's able to relax and thrive off the added competition up top. Hopefully injury issues stay away from him. #PUSB

Alot of managers across the Championship, League One and League Two who've done a great job this season. But I can't think of anyone who's outdone Mark Robins in very difficult circumstances three years into his stint, his foundations of rebuilding have really taken off. #PUSB

Buisness model in effect again. We signed Westbrooke for a career pathway on a free, he was impressive in the U23 squad in his first year and played in the first team occasionally. Last season, he broke and made a great contribution. Bristol Rovers pay a good fee for him. #PUSB

The result is heartbreaking, but I'm so proud of these lads. Just to put how far we've come into perspective. We were losing to Forest Green 4 years ago, today we're in a Championship play-off hunt and we've just given a good Premier League side a run for their money. So proud.

Can't believe I'm 2 months away from the full year without harming. I honestly didn't think I'd be so close. 10 months and counting. The last couple of months have been so difficult where I almost spiralled a few times, but I've resisted that temptation. I believe I can do this.

Unsung hero shout to Kyle McFadzean. In periods there were doubts whether he could do it in the Championship. We all expected the back 3 to be Rose, Østïgard and Hyam. But Kyle McFadzean has been brilliant. He's been a rock. He's still going strong at his age! #PUSB

2019, out of all the Coventry players. I think this year belongs to Jordan Shipley. He entered this year with fans questioning his ability at L1 level. But he ends this year with 8 goals and 6 assists. Becoming the team's workhorse, new contract. Jordan Shipley is simply amazing.

Tell you what. Jordy Hiwula's a very good player at League One level, and it's a shame it didn't work out this season despite a promising first season. If he can get that confidence back he'll be a great signing for any League One club. I hope Jordy has a great career. #PUSB
