Putin called to limit the export of grain from Ukraine, as he accused EU countries of diverting all Black Sea grain to themselves. He said that out of the 87 ships sailing under the Black Sea deal, only 2 were sent to developing countries.

Chief negotiators from the EU and Mercosur countries will meet on October 3 and 4 in Brasília. They're set address two main bugbears: public procurement and the prospect of sanctions if Mercosur doesn't respect Brussels' sustainability standards.
