Buy a house with a FHA Live there for 2 years and rent it out. Buy a 2nd house with a conventional loan Live there for 2 years and rent it out. But a 3rd house, pay down the mortgage, and get a HELOC. Then, do whatever you want! You can invest as you please! 🤝
