Now organizers can edit events after approval. Still require moderation after editorial. Also, you can mark an event as "casual" and it will not get any rating weight.

Some CTFs had to shift their events time this year b/c of all this COVID situation. To keep event weights consistent with previous years we decided to increase time window b/w events used for weight calculation to 18 months.

We fixed a bug with team name parsing (sanitizer was too strict) and updated some scoreboards - there can be slightly changes in 2021 team ratings.

We manually increased the maximum voting weight for Google CTF to 70. But you still can vote lower if you want. #GoogleCTF
