Each week, Y8 reflect on their Steps2Success averages. They write these in their planners each week, and this slide (shown to them in Form) explains it. It's a great tool to measure high engagement. Sustaining or improving excellent behaviour means the number goes down!

The whole staff team are getting behind this. There are also staff with yellow lanyards who are trained Mental Health First Aiders. Mr Banerji is our MHFA on the Y8 Year Team but there's also Mrs Stevenson, Paul, Mrs Dickinson, Mrs Dodgin and Mrs Haywood!
