Im 125LBs lighter then 2 years ago, but i still got weight to go. 2 years ago, I was 450, after a year and a half, I dropped 150. Over the last 6 months I kept up with the Diet, but dropped working out all the time. Since Thanksgiving I been struggling and gained back 25LBs.

What a morning, I woke up super drained and unmotivated, ate 2 eggs scrambled with onions, peppers and chopped ham! Went on twitter and felt super motivated to get my session done and IM GLAD I DID! Listen, days when I feel unmotivated, you guys are the ones I turn to! THANK YOU!

I'm gonna keep it a stack, I AM STRUGGLING!! Motivation is at a low since I started this journey 4 months ago. Just a hiccup tho. i know I've been motivation to some with what I've done and my positivity. But honestly, i struggle too, and am currently struggling with both.

We see a lot of what goes on in this country, but it's because we have different solutions to the problems at hand that a solution is never made. That's the big difference between Right and left

I got this shirt 4 years ago knowing it was too small.Last year I set a goal to fit in it for football season & I made it! This is the probably my proudest moment in my journey thus far. There is about 100lbs lost between these pics & I'm down 160 overall #MFAM #MFAMGBT

@ArthurBaitson I find it hilarious you think it isn't real considering Impersonating a law enforcement officer is a huge no no in both the state and federal government, they dont play about that. And considering this goes viral, im sure they've seen the footage if this😂😂 you complain so much.
