The new season is on the horizon. Arsene Wenger's take on the development of players. Are we in a rush to do lots of Tactical work? Working with certain age groups, it's pointless. It's more important to concentrate on Technical skills first and foremost.

We as Coaches cannot bypass learning. Players need to learn the game and become more skilful, which will happen if they regularly have the opportunities to Practice, Compete and Experiment. Image shows the many different stages of learning they need to go through. 🧵
