would you guys consider this a lot of food? i ate this today and my mom took me aside and told me i’d “eaten too much”. she’s aware i have an eating disorder and she believes im attempting to recover.

does anyone have ACTUAL advice not the “eat more protein and drink water” i eat over 100g of protein daily and drink 2L+ of water and i still binge😭 i hate living like this

i don’t normally eat so much processed food but it’s a “cheat meal” before i get back to restricting and only eating whole foods
my mom doesn’t like how i’m making my meals prettier, or how i’m giving themes to my meals. i’m not sure how to explain to her that it’s a way of coping ?? like yeah it could be considered disordered but i’m more motivated to eat when the food looks nice atleast ??
i think i’m going to start tracking my food more consistently by taking photos + posting them here ^^ currently going through an ana relapse so i wont do full wieiads since i’m not trying to encourage that.
