My icon corner. When I asked my 2 year old niece who the icon of Jesus was she immediately knew and responded “that’s Jesus” which surprised me as my entire family is protestant and she would’ve never seen an icon such as this let alone be told who it was.

Many might not know this, but the reason I have an icon of St Nicholas and St Augustine next to each other in my icon corner is to serve as a reminder of the Catholicity of the Orthodox Church, with St Nicholas representing the east and St Augustine the west; united in faith.
