A little bit of fun in Developing Physical Literacy today … working as a team to move like a caterpillar whilst holding a ball between your knees! Have to say the SDC cohort were much more successful than the PE cohort! 😡

Love this game to develop the push pass and stopping the ball skills! One turn per player to push the ball as far as you can ( all defending team do is stop the ball and retreat until all attackers have played then switch) LincolnSportEx

PRSR now within their team - same rules, each team has to collect 6 coloured bean bags one at a time and place them in a hoop … there was even more cheating in this one!

2 years after spinal fusion I completed the Lincoln 10k as part of UOL 10k team! It was brutal and I was 10 mins slower than before but I did it with out stopping! Great event, so and very proud to be part of UOL 10k team!

Great for coordination and cooperative learning … link each number 1-6 to an action, roll the dice and call out the numbers - make it as simple or complex as the group are capable of - use as many dice as you like!

Nice activity, ball is thrown in from oppo’s side by own player… each team has a combination of skills to follow (catch, dig, set) if successful 1 player joins team mate. Play stops when one team gets all players on the other side!

Spinal decompression and fusion surgery update! So 3 1/2 weeks after my surgery I’m doing well and feeling good but I’m bored! Looking forward to this time next year and doing all the things I love doing! tennis,running, cycling and chasing after my daughter!

How much fun is Pickleball ? Year 3 BSc PE & sport were task with teaching each other how to play Pickleball including how to serve & receive, the two bounce rule, how to use the drop shot and the dink and how to volley without stepping into the kitchen.
