Hi Mick. I will never forget spotting him for the first time aged 7 playing for Chaddy End. And taking him into LFCS Academy Its been a privilege to watch him grow into the man he is today I am also very proud of what he has done in the game. Massive credit to his mum and dad too

We understand people's frustrations regarding the new rules but believe me compared to what she went through. Give me a mask anyday of the week. I just want people to be safe.

Today marks six weeks without sugar. Running 3 miles a day, no meat, dairy or flour. No caffeine! The change has been fab I feel great! Zero alcohol! A healthy diet, gluten-free, and a 2-hour workout every day. Never felt better!I don't know whose status this is, but hey ho 😁
