@cambridge_peter @thatginamiller In 2016, 27% of the UK population voted to leave the EU. It would be a much lower percentage which now wishes to stay out. Democracy demands the wish of the majority be actioned. Or we have no democracy anymore - which is how it has seemed since the advisory referendum.

Nurses use food banks. MPs don't need to: £84,000 a year, subsidised meals, as much in expenses as they want, second incomes - and more - and a huge pension... Oh, and 9 pay rises since 2010. But they're adamant theres no extra money for nurses!
