So we found out that the new puppy is a Houdini escape artist. We have an octagon pet cage ( no top) that we put her in for the night. Woke up this morning to find her asleep beside our bed. She climbs better than the cat. Who knew?

What a day! The bldg I am working with is slowly getting healthy and productive and now I am working to make the ‘Leadership Team’ actual Leaders. The last part has shown to be the hardest. They don’t understand that you Manage Systems but need to LEAD people.
