Before the govt embarks on massive retrenchment of civil servants, the politicians must lead by example. Let's abolish the Senate and reduce legislators from 350 to 100. Limit Cabinet to 15 ministers, and no deputies. Zimbabwe's gravy train is too large for a country this poor.
