Wow I can’t believe it’s been 3 years since I became Commonwealth Champion for Wales in the long jump! 🥳What an amazing day that was. It was the best day of my sporting career, I can’t wait for many more moments like that.

I wouldn’t change the person I am for anything. My CP has given me a lot of challenges in life and it has made me more determined as a person and it’s caught me to fight and never given up!

Today is World Cerebral Palsy Day. There are 17 million people across the world living with CP. I have CP and it led me to disability sport and opened up so many doors for me and led me to so many opportunities💚
First competition of 2022, jumped 5.33 finally hit the 5 metres 🥳🥳🥳🥳 sadly it was illegal due to wind but I am still so happy!! Can’t wait to see what the rest of the season looks like for me!

As masks are becoming more necessary in our everyday life it’s going to be so hard for deaf people like me who rely on lip reading. We asked Bizzy Beeswraps if they could help us and she made these amazing masks which are transparent over the mouth. Thank you so much
