ATTENTION ALL PARENTS: Wins & Losses should NOT be how you judge your kid’s coach at the end of the season. If your kid is excited to go to practice, the coach is doing his/her job. Winning & development are a byproduct of how much the kids LOVE the game! Great stuff here.
